Inefficient Management Costs Money: Fashion Brand Case Study
Talent Trust conducted our ‘Eyes On Production’ survey, for a fashion brand, which showed that due to inefficient casting management, agencies did not want to send their models for castings, because 60% of models waited for more than 6 hours, but were seen for only a few seconds.
‘Eyes On Production’ Insights
Models were surveyed after taking part in a casting for a fashion brand. The data showed the following information:
- 60% of models spent over 6 hours at the casting. 
- 70% of the 60% stated once finally called for the audition, it took seconds and then they were told to leave. 
As a consequence, established models no longer wanted to attend castings for the brand.
Resolution
During our consultation, we developed the following for our client:
- New casting guidelines for all major productions. 
- Improved call times. 
- Water and snacks available.

- Agencies and models less frustrated. 
- Time & money spent on casting saved due to the increased efficiency.
