Respect Is Not a Feeling. It’s a System.

We often talk about respect as if it’s a personality trait.
But in a workplace? It’s a system.

Respect shows up in:
- How people are briefed

- How hierarchy is communicated

- Whether people’s time and input are protected

- Whether anyone steps in when a line is crossed

When these systems are missing, we hear people say:
"I just didn’t feel respected."
Not because someone was rude, but because no one had their back.

Because respect isn’t about being “nice”.

It’s about structure, clarity, and accountability, every day, for every role.
